Each month, company president Stephen Epley addresses a key topic in a highly focused webinar that includes an interactive question-and-answer session. Participants learn how to deal with challenging customer issues such as the finer points of customer loyalty, competitive wins and losses, or understanding badly damaged customer relationships.The webinars are scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. (Central Standard Time), and last about 50 minutes.
